Download Instructions
1) Fill out the form above then click submit query to begin download procedure.

2) The file you download is ViewerX.exe. This is a self-extracting zip file and may automatically unzip when the download is complete. If the file does not automatically unzip, locate the file titled ViewerX.exe and double click on it to begin extraction.

3) The unzipping, or extracting process creates a folder on the c: drive titled Viewer Ins, which contains 11 files. In this folder, Viewer Ins, is a file called setup.exe. Double click on this file, setup.exe, to begin installation of your software.

4) This will install the viewer software and create an icon on your program menu and your task bar. If you have already installed a previous copy of the Viewer be sure to install the new copy in the orginal folder.

PLEASE NOTE: Some ISP's automatically strip extentions off of downloads as a virus protection measure. Therefore if you are having trouble getting the initial download to extract, make sure that the extention has not been stripped off. The name of the inital file downloaded is ViewerX.exe.
