Return Policy

All returns must be approved and be issued a return authorization number. If an item is sent back without prior authorization, a $25 handling charge will be incurred in addition to any restocking fees and substantial delays in a credit can -follow. Requesting an authorization can be done by calling us at 770-613-9990. All credits will be issued as store credit. These credits do not expire.

Shipping is non-refundable. If the item was shipped initially under a free shipping promotion, regular ground delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

All returns must be in the factory sealed box with the seal unbroken. If the seal has been broken a partial refund may be issued. In general, any opened merchandise will be issued a store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $10). If any items are missing out of the packaging, replacement fees will be assessed appropriately. All returns are subject to inspection before store credit is given.

You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. You will receive a copy of your refund credit in the mail.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE BILLED BOTH SHIPPING TO AND RETURNING SHIPPING, AS UPS BILLS US FOR A RETURN SHIPPING COST.
IF THE SHIPMENT WAS SHIPPED UNDER A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION, ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.

Restocking Fee
Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $10) if you decide to return them.

Software/Embroidery Designs
Because of the nature of the product, manufacturers do not allow exchanges or refunds on software or embroidery designs. If the software is defective, an exchange will be made only for the same product.

Clearance & Closeout
Sorry, all sales are final on clearance items.

International Orders
There are no returns on items shipped to destinations outside of the United States, and as such, all purchases are final.
